Situated against the magnificent backdrop of the Rocky Mountains, Reimagineering Our Catholic Schools through Welcome, Witness and Wonder, will address the complex challenges faced by our Catholic schools as we articulate the importance of preparing students for the profound changes of the 21^st century. We invite you to participate in a three day exploration of your school and of your school district with the goal of re-imagineering what our Catholic schools can be in the 21^st century. We invite you to deepen your personal commitment to spiritual growth and to clarify the faith development of daily work. Come and be inspired, engaged, and renewed and join colleagues in three days of inspiring keynotes, engaging workshops, dynamic prayer and worship.

Participants will explore Catholic schools in this century through an examination of the following questions:

• Welcome: What does inclusion mean in a Catholic school setting for schools and students in the second decade of the 21^st century?  How do we embrace each of our students as unique individuals?
• Witness: How do we, as Catholic educators, inspire today’s students to share the Good News of the Gospel?  How do students engage in daily activities when their moral compass is challenged?
• Wonder: How can our Catholic schools and districts create experiences that will allow all students and staff to engage in inquiry, research, collaboration, presentation and reflection, so that they will grow to be self-directed, adaptable, discerning and curious citizens of the 21^st century?

Experience learning, explore theories, expand your network, and challenge yourself to ultimately transform your teaching and learning practices. You will return with practical ideas and a renewed commitment to help your colleagues accomplish the important work ahead.

The Conference features a fresh selection of expert speakers, and top-notch sessions; all intended to strengthen your leadership skills and deepen your faith in the 21^st century. Keynote and Featured Presenters include:

• Sister Edith Prendergast – Sister Edith, a Religious Sister of Charity is currently the Director of Religious Education of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles and directs the annual Religious Education Congress in Anaheim, California; an event that attracts up to 40,000 participants and speakers, both nationally and internationally. She holds a Doctorate in Ministry from Claremont School of Theology, and a Masters Degree in Theology from Boston College. She completed her undergraduate work in Divinity and Art at Maria Assumption College in London, England and received a Sociology degree at the University of San Diego. Sister Edith is a frequent keynote speaker and workshop presenter at National and local Conferences and has written and contributed to several articles on Spirituality, Catechesis and Adult Faith Formation. Her most recent publication, Grace Abounds: A call to renew and awaken your faith (Ave Maria Press, 2011) gathers several of her keynote presentations delivered at Religious Education Congress over the past twenty years.
